The Choba Choba Foundation presents on its website www.chobachoba-foundation.com its engagements and activities.

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Choba Choba Foundation Sites ("the Foundation"), in particular our visitors, sponsors and partners.

2. DONATIONS

2.1 Principles

Any individual, company or organization is welcome to donate to support the Foundation’s activities. The Foundation is committed to transparency towards its donors. It publishes an annual report on the activities carried out with the funds raised through your donations.

2.2 Terms and conditions of payment

All donation payments are done directly via our external service provider RaiseNow and on its platform under www.raisenow.com. The general terms of sale of RaiseNow, including its privacy notice, apply. We invite you to read and accept them, as they are binding for your donation.

2.3 Patronage

If you decide to donate more than CHF 1,000 per year, you have the opportunity to become a patron of our Foundation and benefit from advantages related to our activities or the activities of our partner companies. 3. VOLUNTEERING

Everyone can contribute to the engagements we support. If you wish to make a voluntary, unpaid commitment, you can consult the available missions on our Sites or contact us at the following address: jobs@chobachoba-foundation.com. We will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed about potential missions and their conditions.

4. JOB APPLICATIONS

You can join us by applying to one of our open positions or internships published on our Site or by sending your application. To do so, please send us your CV, covering letter and any other certificate or document that support your application. All applications will be reviewed and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights of the texts, images and other materials on our Sites are owned by Choba Choba Foundation or are used with permission. No reproduction of our Sites may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes, but only used for personal or editorial purposes.

The Choba Choba Foundation will be delighted if you share your experience as a volunteer or your expertise through a story or images. By doing so, you agree that we may distribute your content on different media and through different networks on an unlimited basis. We reserve the right to adapt the form and content to make it easily understandable to our readers. You furthermore guarantee that you have all rights related to the content made available to the Foundation (texts, images, videos) and waive any right of receiving remuneration or compensation for such content.

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
